SONGS • CHANTS • MOVEMENT • DANCE • INSTRUMENT PLAY for children (infants - preschoolers)

All classes are taught by Kat Fritz, a registered Music Together teacher. Kat maintains an active private studio in Clinton teaching Suzuki violin and viola.

Music Together® for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their parents/caregivers is based on the premise that all children are musical and that parents and other primary caregivers play a crucial role in activating and nurturing their child’s musical development.

Weekly, 45-minute classes include songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as playful, non-performance-oriented musical experiences - developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers - regardless of their own musical ability. Best of all, it's fun!

This research-based program was created for the Center for Music and Young Children in Princeton, NJ by Kenneth Guilmartin and Dr. Lili Levinowitz, nationally recognized authorities on musical development in young children.
