Play Gym
Ages 3-4, Must be Accompanied by a Participating Adult

This fun sports development program introduces children to the world of sports. Parent and child work together to learn throwing, catching, kicking, hitting (the good kind), and sportsmanship! Sports covered will be fun and scaled down to your child’s size and ability, but the true focus
will be on moving our bodies. Fun tools like parachutes and obstacles courses will be incorporated. Burn off some energy with us this winter while developing kinisthetic awareness, balance and coordination.

Infant Massage
Infants 0-12 Months and their Grown-Ups

Massage. Relax and bond. Repeat. In this 5-week class, learn how to soothe your baby, relieve tummy upsets, understand your baby’s non-verbal language and much more. Each week you will learn new strokes
taught in a progressive sequence leading to a complete routine. We will also discuss topics like bonding, benefi ts of massage, crying, sleep and self-care. Infant massage is simple, easy to learn and eff ective. What to bring: aside from your regular diaper bag, bring your infant’s favorite blanket and a pillow to sit on or to use for propping up your baby. Min 2/Max 6
