Basketball Referees
We are seeking basketball referees for the Youth Basketball League. Referees are compensated for their time working on the court, in addition to the intangible reward of impacting youth lives. The Basketball Referee is responsible for officiating scheduled basketball games at local South Whidbey gyms. A high level of judgment is necessary to be an Official. Officials are under the direction of the Coordinator of South Whidbey Parks & Recreation District. Job is seasonal, part time, paying $9.07 - $15.00 per hour, DOE. For more information, click here.
Group Fitness Instructors
We are seeking qualified instructors to provide affordable fitness classes at our new facility. We will provide facilities, advertising and registration. You will conduct high quality group fitness opportunities for our community in a safe, professional and effective manner. May include aerobics, stretching, or strength/sculpting. Certification preferred, or the equivalence of 1 year experience in specific fitness instruction. Personal involvement in group fitness classes preferred. Days and hours vary, based on your schedule.
