workouts are for anyone looking for a fun,
enriching, and effective exercise program.
EarthFit helps us connect to the earth in a
healthy way. These workouts will take place
outdoors – rain or shine. While the instructor
will try to find appropriate locations to suit
the weather, we may find ourselves running
