Thursday Night Lights
All ages welcome, youth must be accompanied by an adult

Bundle up and fight the winter slump by embracing the cold, and running or walking with us on a well-lit track. Did you make new fitness goals this year? We encourage you to come out and run or walk with us Thursday nights! Youth must have parent permission to participate. Participation is at-your-own-risk, and by participating you consent to our standard waiver/release of liability (see registration form).

Self Defense
Confidence & Preparedness
ADULTS AND YOUTH AGES 15+

Learn effective self-defense that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. The goal is to teach basic self-defense that can be used to defend yourself or loved ones if that time ever comes. No one wants to be in a situation that requires them to fight to get home safely, however everyone wants to have a feeling of confidence that they can protect themselves. Please wear comfortable workout clothes you can move around in, and a water bottle.
Instructor: Rob Armstrong has trained in the martial arts for over 30 years, and instructing for over 20 years. He holds 3 different black belts, including a 4th degree black belt in taekwondo. He is a nationally certified instructor. Contact: armstrongata@gmail.com (760)681-7706.

For Cardio, Confidence, and Self Defense
ADULTS AND YOUTH AGES 13+

Taekwondo is an exciting and powerful martial art known for its dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Although these martial arts techniques are centuries old, our programs are always evolving to keep pace with the rapidly changing world. People have different physical abilities, sizes and strengths. You will develop a strong foundation in the basics, enhancing your physical capabilities and maximizing your self-defense skills. You will learn exactly what it takes, mentally and physically, to defend yourself or your loved ones should the need ever arise.
