COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER The South Whidbey Parks and Recreation District placed a $15.2 million bond measure on the November 2008 ballot to construct facilities including a multi-use community recreation, fitness and aquatic center and tennis center infrastructure. This measure was defeated by 62% of the population. Click here
