fabulous art projects. Don't miss out on the fun!
Excursion: We'll end the week with a swim at a local
indoor pool.

Fourth of July June
30 - July 3 America's past, present and
future will be celebrated this week as we do crafts with
leather, tin impressions and tie-dye (bring a shirt, pillowcase
or socks). We will end the week with an old-fashioned red,
white & blue BBQ. This is a 4-day camp.

Sports Spectacular
July 7 - 11
It's back by popular demand. Play every sport from archery
to big ball kickball to waffle ball. Work on team banners
to show support of your team for our famous Mini-Olympics on
Friday. We hope to see you on the field!

Creative Kids
July 14 – 18
Another return by the ever popular creative kids themselves.
Let your inner creative impulses loose through art, production
and a talent show. If art is your forte, then take part in
creating our backdrop and art for our art walk. If you're
a singer, dancer, actor or play an instrument then showcase it
in the talent show. Excursion: Sit back and enjoy
a show at the Clyde or Whidbey Children's Theatre.

July 21 - 25
Who loves outdoors? We do! Let's go canoeing,
fishing, hiking and water play at Goss Lake - anything outside
and in the sun! Of course, we will also have a day to
bring bikes and ride them on the fantastic trails that surround
our park. No lifeguard, but plenty of eyes at the lake.

Beach Blast
July 28 - Aug 1
Come and visit beaches and lakes on the south end of the island
including Maxwelton Beach, Double Bluff, Deer Lake & Goss Lake.
We will tie-dye, so bring a white t-shirt, pillowcase or
socks. Lastly, we'll end the week with an ice cream sundae
party that will blow your mind! No lifeguards, but plenty
of eyes at the beaches

Campin' Whidbey Style August 4 - 8
The whole family can enjoy this week! We will whittle and
create wood projects and nature books. On Thursday,
campers and their families will return with sleeping bags and
flashlights and get ready for an all-American camp out under the
stars. We'll provide the ingredients for dinner and
breakfast. We'll cook over a flame for dinner and make
breakfast together in the morning. We'll play games, tell
stories, make s'mores, and sing songs around the campfire.
A parent/guardian should accompany their child for the campout.
For the sleepover, please pack two lunches, enough snacks to
last, extra clothes, PJ's, pillow and sleeping bag.

Splashdown - Wild Waves Water Park Trip
August 11 - 15
This is another fabulous fave that is returning, but is better
than ever! Enjoy the traditional water week, with water
gun fights, water balloon tosses, 50' slip-n-slide, but that's
not all! Excursion: Get ready to enjoy the water
even more, because we are heading to Wild Waves for a wet and
wild day! Day of field trip may be longer than usual
hours. Fee includes entry ticket, charter bus and driver,
ferry, gas, parking, locker fees and lunch.
Registration deadline: May 29!!
Registrations will be taken on a space available basis after
May 29.

Round 'Em Up
August 18 - 22
Yee-Haw, we'll play horseshoes, cool off in the Park's
sprinklers, make "Wanted" posters, enjoy some nice hikes in our
area and make our own bandanas. Excursion: We'll
end the year with a bang, heading over to M-Bar-C Ranch!
This fantastic ranch experience is for all kids - we'll ride
horses, go on a hayride, dress up like cowboys and cowgirls and
have a cowboy BBQ. 9am - 3pm

Forest Day Camp
A one-of-a-kind day camp experience for kids exploring our local
forest ecosystem, gaining valuable nature awareness skills
through specially tailored adventures! We will explore
fire making, shelter construction, primitive cooking techniques
and other survival and safety skills. Outdoor knife safety
and technique will be covered. We will delve into stories
and games, wildlife tracking, bird language, wilderness crafts
and absorb knowledge of local plants and mammals in a fun,
wholehearted way.
* Optional add'l $15 knife fee (or bring your own approved
knife)
